We were searching for someone to assist us with the entire analytics setup, including goal creation, GTM aggregation, and tracking. We were also looking for an agency that could provide us with PPC services and had experience with advertising in the tech niche.

How did you select this vendor?

We met with a few performance marketing firms, and we chose Unlimited because they seemed to understand the situation and our needs the best, and they had the most experience working with agencies like ours.

During the onboarding process, we had several meetings where we talked in detail about our business goals, the metrics we wanted to track, and the kinds of customers we wanted to reach with ads. Unlimited team approached us with a detailed implementation plan for our analytics setup and a PPC plan that would roll out once the analytical setup is done.

What was the team composition?

I communicated closely with their team leads on a weekly basis.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to an advanced analytics setup, we get a clear picture of all incoming traffic via our website, which helps us massively in knowing which channels are the most profitable for us and where we should invest more. PPC campaigns have already resulted in a few qualified leads, which is fantastic.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have weekly catch-up meetings and monthly overview meetings to get a sense of what's going on with our PPC channels.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are very knowledgeable and experienced in what they do, and they really care about you as a client. They aren't afraid to tell you when something isn't working and where you should put your attention, which I think is very important when managing PPC campaigns.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Overall, it's been great working with Unlimited, so I don't have a lot of suggestions for improvement.

Our engagement began with a discovery and analysis phase. After that, they made a strategy for the development of our sectors, so they helped us with our digital marketing in general, but especially with PPC.

After the first phase, we worked with 3 people: a PPC Specialist Senior, a Designer, and a Marketing Generalist.

The biggest outcome that I can share is the ROI growth.

The communication was via slack, and a google meet once a week.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The work they did was incredible. They have a hardworking environment that brings results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes we waited a little bit longer for the LP, but they are working on it. I think by next month the problem will be solved.
