They were terrible. First I completed an extensive intake form describing my business, target market, branding, etc. The person doing my SM clearly never read that and her posts were off the mark on content and not consistent branding with everything I sent them. When I complained to management, they told me that they would fix it but it was just words, they never really did anything. 

I got to the point where I was developing all of the content and emailing them. All they had to do was populate the Canva templates that I sent them. They were consistently late if they even posted at all. They only did 9 posts for August and as of 2 weeks into September, nothing has been posted.
