Our typical process for new clients is:

1. Provide them with a free audit, in which we'll highlight features their missing that are highly likely to increase conversion rates and cart sizes (we have a database of these features that we've built from experience).
2. Provide a fixed quote for any features the client is interested in building.
3. Deliver exceptional work, and (ideally for us) develop an ongoing relationship.
4. (optional) take on the responsibilty of A/B testing newly developed features to ensure they are increasing performance.

If you come with us with an already developed product / feature development roadmap, we can simply focus on the software development aspect.

Clear and concise communication is paramount for successful partnerships, and we create direct Slack channels with our clients, where we can provide frequent updates and field questions instantaneously.
