The team provided us with a comprehensive summary of the solutions available, including their pros and cons, which helped us make informed decisions. 

The software engineers did an excellent job in upgrading our system by creating an API that accepts audio/video inputs with parameters and returns processed voice records. This API was integrated with third-party solutions for voice processing and was delivered to us as a separate web-service, complete with documentation and research results, along with recommendations for further implementation. Overall, we were pleased with the results of the project and the steps taken by the team to ensure our needs were met.
