We needed our website and product to be translated to major APAC region languages: Thai, Chinese, Malay, Indonesian, Korean, and Japanese.

I found them on Google.

Describe the project in detail and what their cost structure looked like.

We submitted our website and web app for the evaluation. Within a few days, they gave us a precise calculation of how many words need to be translated. Additionally, they gave an overview of the cost per word on each language required.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

How would you describe/assess the quality of their work?

All the translations have been delivered on time. Terminology and consistency were perfect. Our native-speaking customer support team reviewed all the language versions, no major issues.

They have one point of contact and that person can communicate via multiple channels. Initially, I applied to them via their Telegram bot.

Are there any areas for improvement?
