Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a self-employed english teacher and right now I am moving on and trying to get bigger by selling myself as a company in hopes I can even have my own english teachers team in the short run.

For branding graphic design and content strategy.

I want to translate my business visions and purposes into a new identity so as to attract younger clients.

I have been following them on Instagram and I greatly enjoy what that company does.

Since I am the company, I talked to both Marcelo and Bruna and gave them all the info on what I was looking for. They grasped that right away because they are really familiar with what I am pursuing. Everything they did concerning examples and suggestions was simply amazing and I just nodded. I am very pleased.

What was the team composition?

I have been working directly with Marcelo Merçon, the brand strategist and Bruna Schauffert, the graphic designer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After I started working with them, I immediately saw the outcome when people got in touch with me to learn about me and my classes and some of them are my students now. Before UNA, about 5 people would get in touch and now about 25 people get in touch with me weekly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was remarkably effective considering we work remotely and we are very far away from each other.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I am impressed by their input, availability, and how creative they are. They have even given me wonderful advice regarding how to deal with incoming clients.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing at this time.

I am the Product Development for Bob's Keywords. We are a new company developing solutions for Digital Marketing companies.

We hired Una Desing to develop our brand identity and also our website design.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

By someone else's recommendation, and also evaluation of their portfolio.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

We needed to develop a very simple and impactful brand for our new product. We also needed a very lean website, as we want our customers to learn quickly about our product. Una Design sent us a questionary with a few, but important questions and, after only 1 review, we had our logo and colour palette ready to be used. They also prepared our website design very quickly, and we were very satisfied with the 1st version of the website.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are pretty confident the brand design created by Una translates a quick message to our potential customers

We had on-demand meetings and email exchanges. The project management was very well conducted.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They've understood our requirements very quickly, and we were also impressed with their on-point suggestions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not at the moment.
