Umanium is a Mexico-only Employer of Record helping foreign companies hire and manage employees in Mexico with full compliance — covering employment contracts, payroll, IMSS and INFONAVIT registration, income tax withholding, and statutory benefits under Mexican Federal Labor Law.

We operate through our own Mexican entities across the entire country, with offices in Monterrey, Guadalajara, Queretaro, and Oaxaca. Every client is assigned a dedicated specialist who manages their account directly, from onboarding through ongoing payroll and HR administration.

We support engagements of any size — from a single hire to large distributed teams — across a wide range of roles, from creative and marketing positions to technical, engineering, and senior management.
