Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Communicating with children and adolescents is a very difficult task. Thanks to a good creative idea and clear mechanics, we got a high level of audience involvement and retention. The advertising campaign reached more than 5,600,000 people. We received 2,054 reports from children of violations of their civil rights. The results of the project were highly appreciated by us and other experts. #SMTHWENTWRONG has received 5 different awards at advertising festivals, including a special achievement Effie Award - "Best of Digital Development".

Thanks to the high professional and communication skills of the UAMASTER team, we implemented this big project on time. They have always been in touch with us. Our project had 3 stages: development and ad campaign preparing, first ad campaign and second ad campaign.

This project was large, with different tasks. I was pleasantly impressed that UAMASTER worked equally well in every direction, creative ideas, web development, and advertising. I thanked them for their communication skills and first-class project management.

But the team has a lot of a professionals, incl. a web-designers, a programmers, a media planners, an analysts and an account managers and directors. The team contains the full range of specialists.

Of course, there are lot of them. But the most significant example of the effective partnership is the launch of new printing solutions in 2011 and promotion of these series of products during next 8 years. The advertising campaigns of the line-up have high effectiveness and the market share Epson at inkjet market will grow since 36% till 63% in value.

Fully effective. Epson team and an account manager communicates by the e-mail, calls and meeting. All requested had reactive and qualitative feedback. The account manager always proved the correctness of the proposed strategy. The reports were created in a terms. The agency has always offered a full analysis of the campaigns and recommendations for further cooperation.
