We engaged U2 Breakthrough Technology Private Limited to design, architect, and build an end-to-end custom property management platform named Jamindhar, comprising both a web administration portal and native mobile applications (iOS and Android). Our primary operational challenge was managing multi-tenant residential properties, tenant lifecycles, and day-to-day facilities manually.
We hired U2 Breakthrough Technology to achieve several core business and technical goals.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We partnered with U2 Breakthrough Technology Private Limited in August 2025 to conceptualize, design, and engineer Jamindhar—a specialized property management software suite. The engagement focused primarily on developing an owner-centric platform (web management console and owner mobile application) to give landlords and property operators complete control over their properties, occupancy, billing, and day-to-day operations.
The first production release went live in June 2026. Following that milestone, we expanded the scope into a unified B2B SaaS model to onboard external property owners and hostel operators under the Jamindhar brand, with upcoming phases dedicated to resident self-service portals and deep WhatsApp automation.

Key Deliverables

1. Core Property Management Suite (Web Portal & Owner Mobile App) Owner Operations Dashboard: Real-time visibility into bed/room occupancy rates, asset allocations, active tenant lists, and branch-level performance.

Tenant Lifecycle & Onboarding: Standardized tenant profiles, digital document/KYC collection, check-in/check-out logs, and deposit tracking.

Financial & Rent Management: Automated recurring monthly billing, split utility calculations, payment status ledgers (paid, unpaid, overdue), and instant receipt generation.

Facility Maintenance Tracking: Internal logging and dispatching of repair, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks for on-ground staff.

2. B2B SaaS Architecture (Single-Brand Ecosystem) Multi-Tenant SaaS Infrastructure: Scalable database and data-isolation architecture allowing multiple independent property owners to operate their businesses securely under the Jamindhar ecosystem. Owner Subscription & Account Provisioning: Structured account tiers, branch setups, and role-based permissions tailored for property owners and their operations teams.

3. Complete WhatsApp Business API Integration: Direct-to-WhatsApp automated rent reminders, payment confirmations, utility bill notifications, and instant broadcast announcements.

4. Planned & In-Pipeline Deliverables (Roadmap) Tenant Portal & App: A self-service interface for tenants to view active lease details, check dues, download payment receipts, and submit facility tickets.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since deploying Jamindhar in June 2026, we achieved a 75% reduction in administrative bookkeeping time and cut tenant check-in time from 40 minutes to under 5 minutes. Automated invoicing and status tracking reduced overdue rent by 40% and completely eliminated billing leakage. Crucially, the platform was delivered with such structural stability that we seamlessly transitioned it into a commercial B2B SaaS offering for other property owners under the Jamindhar brand.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

U2 Breakthrough Technology demonstrated disciplined project management throughout our engagement. They met all critical milestones between our August 2025 kickoff and the June 2026 release. Utilizing bi-weekly sprints, Jira tracking, and direct messaging channels, they maintained complete transparency.
They were proactive and highly adaptable—readily absorbing complex on-ground property management workflows and smoothly accommodating our strategic pivot to a multi-tenant B2B SaaS model without compromising launch timelines.

What was your primary form of communication with U2 Breakthrough Technology Private Limited?

• In-Person Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was their ability to think like business partners rather than transactional developers. U2 Breakthrough Technology took the time to understand ground-level property management nuances and built solutions around real operational workflows. Furthermore, their high-level architectural foresight allowed us to transition Jamindhar from an internal owner tool to a scalable B2B SaaS product seamlessly, without architectural debt or schedule delays.

Are there any areas for improvement or something U2 Breakthrough Technology Private Limited could have done differently?

Overall, our experience with U2 Breakthrough Technology Private Limited was very positive, but there are minor operational areas they could continue refining as they scale.

Initial End-User Documentation: While the technical handoff and backend documentation were solid, having more comprehensive, non-technical onboarding guides and video walk-throughs ready on day one would have accelerated initial onboarding for on-ground property staff who are less tech-savvy.

That said, these were minor friction points in an otherwise smooth 10-month engagement, and their team was quick to adapt and support our team whenever questions arose.
