U1CORE was fully responsible for the product design and interface development for our multi-sided marketplace, working in close collaboration with our in-house team of backend developers. They began with the analysis phase—mapping out user flows for buyers and sellers, defining the information architecture, and aligning the platform’s two-way dynamics. 
They then moved from creating UX mockups to developing a highly detailed user interface, iterating with us at every stage. As part of the design process, they developed the entire interface: dashboards for buyers and sellers, listing creation and management, search and filtering, adaptation for both user types, as well as the transaction and checkout processes. 
Everything was consolidated into a reusable design system and a component library that our engineers could work with directly. They also took on the implementation of the interface in React, remaining involved in the development process to ensure pixel-perfect accuracy, and integrated the interface with our CMS.
Key deliverables: analysis documents and user journey maps for both types of interaction; complete UX wireframes and highly detailed UI designs for all main screens; a design system and a library of reusable components; a responsive front end built with React; integration with the CMS; and ongoing design quality control throughout the development process to ensure accurate implementation.

The deliverables included: a UX study and audit of the existing website, a new information architecture, a complete interface design system in Figma, front-end development in React, configuration of the WordPress CMS with custom content types for courses, instructors, and curricula, integration with our existing backend for registration and email automation, an SEO migration plan to maintain existing search rankings, as well as post-launch support during the first weeks of the spring cohort. Page load speeds on the main course pages have improved by approximately 60%. The bounce rate on the homepage has decreased significantly. Our content team now publishes new course pages independently—what used to take three to five days of coordination with developers now takes only a few hours. SEO rankings remained stable throughout the migration, which was a real challenge at the beginning, as organic traffic is one of our primary customer acquisition channels.

The goal was to improve lead generation and create a simple, intuitive navigation system for users. The project involved creating wireframes, developing a website with a focus on user experience, and integrating e-commerce functionality for convenient browsing and shopping.
