BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder and director of EFE Creative Lab, an interior design firm based in Miami, Florida. We mostly do boutique-style projects like interior renovations and remodeling of residential spaces.

What challenge were you trying to address with The U Agency?

I hired The U Agency to help me redo my logo and a new website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I already had a sense of what I wanted my logo to look like, but Jonas (Founder) helped put everything together. I provided him with references, particularly the websites and social media pages of companies that are similar to mine. He then showed me, step by step through a proposal, what direction I should take when presenting my business to potential and existing clients.

Jonas then went into developing a color palette, social media templates, and a complete package of brand-oriented digital materials that I could use on a day-to-day basis. He customized my digital wallpapers, letterheads, email signatures, and all other communication and marketing assets to reflect the new logo and brand. 

After that was accomplished, Jonas began to work on my website. I provided him with images of my projects that he could use as site content. 

What is the team composition?

I worked exclusively with Jonas from beginning to end.

How did you come to work with The U Agency?

I met Jonas through our mutual friends. One day, we just started talking about the work that I had in mind and he began to show me some examples of the work he’s done. His portfolio caught my attention, so I decided to set up that first meeting with him.

How much have you invested with them?

The package deal that I was offered cost around $2,500–$3,500.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project ran from January–May 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Jonas made my project feel special from the first day. I’m not the most technically-oriented person so he made sure to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. Until this day, whenever I have a doubt or question regarding my website, he makes sure to answer right away and help in any way he can.

How did The U Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated a lot through email and text, especially if Jonas needed my feedback on a particular body of work. The project started right before the pandemic so we were still able to meet in person as well. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

My project was really prioritized from the get-go. Jonas constantly checked in with me to get my feedback. He always accommodated my recommendations, quickly made changes if I wasn’t happy about something, and made as many revisions as possible until I was satisfied with the product.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing comes to mind.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be sure to do your own research to just develop an idea of how you want your logo and website to look like. The U Agency will be there to help you, but it pays to have a bit of an idea to start off of. 

I would definitely recommend potential customers to give The U Agency a try. I’ve had nothing but a positive experience working with them.
