I’m a product manager at eTeacher Group. We provide scalable online education for adults and children worldwide, offering real-time small group and private instruction through a cloud-based platform and a global network of expert teachers.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with TZUR – User Experience Design?

We needed a comprehensive UX/UI design for both our student and teacher environments.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

TZUR – User Experience Design designed both the student and teacher environments from the ground up. The process began with a discovery phase, during which their team worked closely with us to understand our needs and requirements. Based on these insights, they proposed the information architecture, developed the UX concept, and created the visual design for both systems. The team first provided UX wireframes for our review and approval, and then delivered the final designs in Figma and Zeplin. Over the years, TZUR has continued to enhance both environments by introducing new features and improvements, including AI-powered practice experiences for our students.

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because of their high ratings and good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November 2012–February 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Although we don’t have specific measurable outcomes, the impact is reflected in user satisfaction and in the new capabilities available to both teachers and students. For example, the new TMS is smoother, more intuitive, and better organized. Teachers can see their schedule and calendar directly on the homepage, along with a countdown to their next lesson and quick access to useful information such as their activity, feedback, and student birthdays. They can also perform tasks independently that previously required manual support from our team, while relevant data is now collected more efficiently and presented in a clear, accessible way. Students also benefit from a more streamlined experience, with easy access to the information they need and greater visibility into all the services and opportunities we offer. Overall, the new platforms have significantly improved the experience for both teachers and students.

How did TZUR – User Experience Design perform from a project management standpoint?

TZUR – User Experience Design was consistently available, responsive, and reliable throughout the project. Meetings were easy to schedule, emails were answered promptly, and deliverables were always completed on time. Whenever we faced tight deadlines, the team made an extra effort to accommodate our needs and deliver quickly. Communication was seamless across in-person and virtual meetings, email, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

TZUR – User Experience Design consistently brought thoughtful and creative ideas for structuring, organizing, and presenting the different functionalities of our platforms. Their designs were user-friendly and intuitive, following industry best practices while maintaining a distinctive look and feel rather than appearing generic.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There aren’t any specific areas for improvement that come to mind. We were very satisfied with their work and with the overall collaboration.

We engaged TZUR to redesign our cybersecurity platform and improve the overall user experience. They handled the entire UX/UI process, including product strategy, user flows, wireframes, UI design, prototyping, and design system creation. The result was a more intuitive, efficient, and scalable platform for our users.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The redesigned platform significantly improved usability and made complex workflows much easier to navigate. User feedback was very positive, onboarding became more intuitive, and our internal teams were able to validate and implement new features much faster thanks to the clear design system and development-ready deliverables.

TZUR managed the project in a highly organized and transparent way. They consistently delivered milestones on time, maintained clear communication throughout the engagement, and were always responsive to feedback. Working with them felt like having an extension of our own product team.
