What was the scope of their involvement?

2Max Group does our accounting, payrolls, and financial reporting every month. They have their own cloud-based accounting system. They consult us on business strategy and general taxes, specifically how much and when to pay a certain tax. Additionally, they’ve given us a cash flow projection for the next two years.

They were familiar with our industry when we started.

What is the team composition?

We’re currently working with three people from 2Max Group: an overall project manager, an accountant, and a bookkeeper.

How did you come to work with 2Max Group Limited?

We looked for accounting firms online and had interviews with 2–3 of them. 2Max had a good presentation, and they understood exactly what we wanted.

How much have you invested with them?

Up to now, the cost is around $60,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them around October 2018, and our relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’re good; otherwise, we wouldn’t still be engaged with them after three years. They give us the reports we want, and they know exactly what they’re doing. In India, there are penalties for failing to pay taxes and insurance policies on time. We used to get penalties, but everything has been done on time since we started working with 2Max.

Moreover, we’ve seen an increase in internal efficiency regarding accounting tasks. 2Max’s work is accurate and meets our expectations.

How did 2Max Group Limited perform from a project management standpoint?

We meet with the project manager weekly to discuss the reports. If we have a challenge, we can get a hold of them by email or phone. We’re using their accounting software.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re excellent in terms of output. They deliver 100% on time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. They’re efficient, and the team has met our expectations so far.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Give them a try. I’ve worked with companies that charged less, so I thought their pricing was a bit high at first, but their output made me reconsider it. In reality, they have average pricing, so consider 2Max if your budget permits it.
