TwinTeams builds and runs dedicated teams of senior software engineers in Vietnam for international product companies. Teams start with five engineers for twelve months: a shape that gives you redundancy, peer review, and shared context from day one. Engineers are recruited for your specific roles, verified against a published engineering standard, and work in your repos, to your standards, inside the process you already run. They do everything your own engineers do. They're just still there when the project ends.

Each engineer is ring-fenced to one customer: never shared, never rotated to another account. TwinTeams handles recruitment, employment, payroll, equipment and HR through hubs in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, with commercial presence in Sydney and Singapore. One provider, one contract, one invoice. Built by LogicalCube, the Australian engineering company, from its own playbook for building teams it ran itself first.
