The scope was to build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for an Automotive Lending Aggregate Platform. This included creating a streamlined, user-friendly web interface that connected potential car buyers with various lending institutions to compare and secure auto loans. 
The platform aggregated real-time loan offers from multiple lenders, presenting them in a simple, comparative format based on the user’s credit score, loan amount, and term preferences. Key features will included: 

• User Account Creation: Enable users to create, manage, and securely save their profiles for future loan applications. 
• Loan Calculator: Incorporate tools allowing users to calculate monthly payments based on different loan amounts, interest rates, and terms. 
• Real-time Loan Offers: Integrate APIs from participating lenders to fetch and display current loan offers tailored to the user's financial profile. 
• Application Process Guidance: Guide users through the loan application process, including document submission and lender communication. 
• Educational Resources: Provide informative content on auto loans, financing options, and tips for improving credit scores.

The MVP prioritized core functionalities to validate the business model, focused on usability, performance, and security. Initial development targeted a lean feature set, enabling quick launch and iterative enhancements based on user feedback and market demands.

We have recently developed a custom Android application specifically designed to enhance the productivity and success of individuals in the fishing and farming. Our app enables users to easily share information, access live data from various resources, and ultimately increase their yield. Here are some key features of our app that I believe will be particularly useful: 

1. Live Data Integration: Our app seamlessly integrates with various data sources, allowing users to access real-time information such as weather updates, fishing regulations, crop management techniques, and more. This empowers fisherfolks and farmers with accurate data for making informed decisions. 
2. Resource Sharing: The app provides a platform for fisherfolks and farmers to connect with each other, exchange knowledge and experiences, share best practices, and collaborate on projects. This community-driven approach fosters learning and growth. 
3. Customizable Notifications: Users can personalize their notification settings based on their specific needs. Receive alerts about changes in weather conditions, market trends, or important events in your area – all tailored to your preferences. 
4. User-Friendly Interface: Our app boasts an intuitive interface designed with user experience in mind. It is easy to navigate even for those who may not be tech-savvy individuals.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Shortly after the project was completed, we saw an increase in visitors and downloads and welcomed new customers. We are pleased that we can now finally create added value for our users

They provided excellent customer service, communication skills, and they've always delivered on time and responded quickly. Although this is the first time we have used them for our Application developement projects, we look forward to working with them again in the future when the need arises.

They have a great knowledge of various technologies and tech stacks, which was evident in the way they handled the project efficiently and professionally.

Although my experience has been very positive, one area for improvement could be to provide more frequent progress updates during the development process to ensure full visibility and transparency of the project status and documentation. However, this small suggestion does not overshadow the overall excellent work of Onelab Ventures.

I’m the CEO and co-founder of Cinestox Technologies. We’re a fintech company that’s based in Mumbai, India. Our platform allows users to invest in movie stocks.

We hired them to develop and design a mobile application that enables users to invest in movies listed on our platform. They also helped us in building an iOS and Android version.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Turnkey Tech Solutions built the entire application from scratch, handling both the front- and backend development. They added the functionalities we required, including a payment gateway and wallet system. They also worked on the app’s overall design — the color scheme, layout, font, user interface, etc. 

Additionally, they help us manage our e-commerce site, where we sell merchandise of the movies listed on our app.

I work with four people from the Turnkey Tech Solutions team, including Rahul (CEO & CTO), who’s my main point of contact.

I was searching online for mobile app development companies within our area and their company came up. Their office was just 50–100 km away from us, and I was impressed with their background and previous work.

Turnkey Tech Solutions has met my expectations — they’ve delivered a functional app, which is available in both the App and Play Store. Initially, the app had a few bugs, but they resolved them quickly.

They’re very prompt in terms of delivery. We communicate through Google Meet and occasionally via phone call.

We wanted an android app where flat owners can post their rental property ads and the tenants can browse through the apartments listings in a given area, and contact the properties they are interested in.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for eligible developers in our network and found them via a recommendation by a friend for whom they had worked previously. After discussing our problem statement with them, they provided us the solutions steps. So, we hired them.

We provided a requirement write-up to the team. They went through it and prepared wireframes for us. After finalising wireframes, they developed a basic android app in just 3 weeks time. They even advised us to have an ML-based recommendation system, deep links and cloud notifications in place also, which really made our app experience better.

After integrating everything, we could successfully launch our app in just 5 weeks. They helped us set up a landing page, blog hosting also later.

A interacted mainly with the tech lead. They assigned 1 android developer, 1 backend developer and 1 ML engineer.

Within 2 months, our app got 500+ installs. Currently, we have 3000+ installs and 140+ reviews on Google Play. We have around 1000 properties listed on our platform.

The project lead conducted meetings via Google Meet 2 times a week for giving updates. They used JIRA to track work assignments.
