What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My experience with One Lab Ventures has been an absolute nightmare. They made big promises to secure the contract, but once they had it, they were a complete disaster. The senior team members disappeared, leaving us with inexperienced project managers and coders who had no idea what they were doing. They overcharged us and failed to complete the project on time, then threatened us to pay extra and extend the contract. It's clear they had no clue about software development from the start.

They wasted weeks, if not months, trying to figure out how to build the software, despite what was clearly outlined in the contract. Their unprofessionalism is astounding. They have zero communication skills and refuse to meet to resolve issues. We were blackmailed into accepting a handover of a shoddy, unfinished product filled with bugs and issues. The team lacked problem-solving abilities, and the founders were even more clueless.

They completely ignored the commitment of 60 days of post-delivery service to fix issues, bugs, and problems that was clearly in the contract. We were threatened not to receive the source code unless we made the final payment, even though the project had significant issues. When we tried to reach out for support, they stopped answering calls, ignored emails, and claimed they were too busy.

They didn't even provide a proper knowledge transfer session, just sending a few documents and expecting us to figure everything out. The platform has crashed multiple times since the flawed delivery. I strongly advise against working with this company if you care about your vision and product. Very badly managed with big big promises which all failed miserable during the delivery time. Forced to pay extra money to extend contract by 1 month as they could not complete the agreed deliverables. They stopped answering calls, refused to complete pending tasks, failed to honor the post delivery service. Absolute nightmare.

They are a very badly managed company. No one to take responsibility. Leadership team disappears after signing the contract and expect the Jr. level Project managers to run the show which was a huge disaster.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Onelab Ventures could have done differently?

Almost everything they did towards the end of the project proved that the first few months were just a cover up by giving us confidence of things "being in control". They lack basic understanding of logic in development. They being the experts would keep asking our team for solutions and POCs as they themselves could not find any. Before taking the payments, they will promise you that everything is possible, however, once they collect the payment, one by one they will start failing to deliver things.

We have recently developed a custom Android application specifically designed to enhance the productivity and success of individuals in the fishing and farming. Our app enables users to easily share information, access live data from various resources, and ultimately increase their yield. Here are some key features of our app that I believe will be particularly useful: 

1. Live Data Integration: Our app seamlessly integrates with various data sources, allowing users to access real-time information such as weather updates, fishing regulations, crop management techniques, and more. This empowers fisherfolks and farmers with accurate data for making informed decisions. 
2. Resource Sharing: The app provides a platform for fisherfolks and farmers to connect with each other, exchange knowledge and experiences, share best practices, and collaborate on projects. This community-driven approach fosters learning and growth. 
3. Customizable Notifications: Users can personalize their notification settings based on their specific needs. Receive alerts about changes in weather conditions, market trends, or important events in your area – all tailored to your preferences. 
4. User-Friendly Interface: Our app boasts an intuitive interface designed with user experience in mind. It is easy to navigate even for those who may not be tech-savvy individuals.

Shortly after the project was completed, we saw an increase in visitors and downloads and welcomed new customers. We are pleased that we can now finally create added value for our users

They provided excellent customer service, communication skills, and they've always delivered on time and responded quickly. Although this is the first time we have used them for our Application developement projects, we look forward to working with them again in the future when the need arises.

They have a great knowledge of various technologies and tech stacks, which was evident in the way they handled the project efficiently and professionally.

Although my experience has been very positive, one area for improvement could be to provide more frequent progress updates during the development process to ensure full visibility and transparency of the project status and documentation. However, this small suggestion does not overshadow the overall excellent work of Onelab Ventures.

Turnkey Tech Solutions built the entire application from scratch, handling both the front- and backend development. They added the functionalities we required, including a payment gateway and wallet system. They also worked on the app’s overall design — the color scheme, layout, font, user interface, etc.

Turnkey Tech Solutions has met my expectations — they’ve delivered a functional app, which is available in both the App and Play Store. Initially, the app had a few bugs, but they resolved them quickly.

We wanted an android app where flat owners can post their rental property ads and the tenants can browse through the apartments listings in a given area, and contact the properties they are interested in.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for eligible developers in our network and found them via a recommendation by a friend for whom they had worked previously. After discussing our problem statement with them, they provided us the solutions steps. So, we hired them.

We provided a requirement write-up to the team. They went through it and prepared wireframes for us. After finalising wireframes, they developed a basic android app in just 3 weeks time. They even advised us to have an ML-based recommendation system, deep links and cloud notifications in place also, which really made our app experience better.

After integrating everything, we could successfully launch our app in just 5 weeks. They helped us set up a landing page, blog hosting also later.

A interacted mainly with the tech lead. They assigned 1 android developer, 1 backend developer and 1 ML engineer.

Within 2 months, our app got 500+ installs. Currently, we have 3000+ installs and 140+ reviews on Google Play. We have around 1000 properties listed on our platform.

We hired Turnkey tech knowing the final product will be great in the current market scenario and they definetly managed to go beyond expectations and delivered a product capable of marking one step ahead in consumer market.

The measurable outcomes and progress achieved through their exceptional work were truly impressive. First and foremost, the project was completed well within the agreed-upon timeline. The company demonstrated a high level of efficiency and professionalism throughout the entire process, ensuring that every milestone was achieved promptly.

The solution successfully addressed our core objectives with remarkable efficiency. Furthermore, the project's success was reflected in user satisfaction and feedback. The solution developed by the company garnered overwhelmingly positive responses from our clients and stakeholders which I guess won't be possible without them.

It was commendable. They consistently delivered items on time, demonstrating a strong commitment to meeting deadlines. In terms of responsiveness, the company was highly attentive to our needs and requirements. They actively listened to our concerns, suggestions, and feedback, and promptly addressed them throughout the project.

Their communication channels were open and transparent, enabling us to have regular and productive discussions about the project's progress. Their project management approach was well-structured and organized. They effectively allocated resources, managed dependencies, and facilitated seamless collaboration among team members.

There are so many alternate approach to achieve the product we need to built as per our customer needs, but the way they handled it was too good. Working on such project while meeting deadlines is a prolific task and they completed it with zero compromises, showcasing their exceptional dedication and expertise. So about the improvements, the company is always better with more people like that and I hope they are building their team with more such professionals.
