The scope consisted of a complete end-to-end build of our mobile app from the ground up. I came to Wednesday with zero coding or other engineering work done whatsoever. The only foundational work we had prior to the project was an initial design that I had already procured from another vendor. Wednesday was able to use that design as a basic framework for our features, while ultimately overhauling the design completely. 

I was blown away by the design improvements they did, which I didn't think were even possible or needed at first. I honestly cannot even imagine the state the app would be in with the old design after seeing the quality of what Wednesday brought to the table with regard to UI/UX. From there, Wednesday provided the complete engineering of every single feature. The skill, familiarity, and confidence in their work they displayed throughout the project were top-notch. I am personally quite inexperienced when it comes to these technical matters, and at every turn, Wednesday was able to turn my "vision" for features (big and small) into a realized format. 

The sheer variety of features which they have been able to integrate into our singular platform is truly impressive: 

• payments processing
• bank account connections
• friend requests
• instant messaging
• games/scores data processing
• account creation
• user profiles, etc. 

Every request for a feature I envisioned for this platform was met with a "yes, we can do that" response, which has been nothing short of impressive. And to do so when facing our aggressive timelines for launch makes their work even more impressive.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Timelines for project completion (included clearly-defined benchmarks/sprints); 
• frequent communications about project /sprint status (have held daily meetings throughout the project to provide full transparency at all times); 
• documented milestones and key benchmarks needed to meet each one (allowed for easy tracking and showed a clear path forward for each primary feature being developed).

Absolutely. Wednesday's commitment to daily progress stand-ups and the transparency they provided along the way have exceeded anything I've experienced from a project management perspective. If at any point I needed to either reschedule/delay a meeting, or required an impromptu call to discuss something, they always made themselves available. 

I would say Wednesday's project management has been the overall best part of working with Wednesday, and what I would recommend first and foremost to anyone interested in working with them. Their organization of the MANY tasks involved in this project has been nothing short of impressive.

Wednesday's project management services have been the best I've experienced, by far. Our project involved a lot of complexity - in terms of features, timelines, and overall uniqueness. It required the utmost organizational skills to keep us on track and on top of everything required for completion, and Wednesday has provided that at every turn.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Tuesday could have done differently?

I genuinely can't think of anything - not even for constructive feedback. Looking back, I would not change a thing.
