TSAC Engineering

TSAC Engineering provides Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, Right-of-Way Acquisition, and Construction Management services.  With a team of experienced and extremely dedicated professionals, we effectively address project challenges, go the extra mile to meet deadlines, and provide superior service to our clients.  Our attention to detail has resulted in repeat and new business opportunities, and we are growing to meet the needs of our clients.  

The TSAC team is locally focused.  We have long-standing ties to the Southern California region and have the same concerns as our clients about protecting the environment, improving the aging infrastructure, transportation planning, timely Right of Way acquisition for public infrastructure, storm water quality, and alternative energy sources.  Our clients include SAC Wireless, San Diego Gas and Electric Company, Tesla, A. M Ortega Construction, The Cahuilla Band of Indians, Henkels & McCoy, Michels Pacific Energy, Inc., Valley Center Municipal Water District, and Haley & Aldrich, Inc.  We provide as-needed survey services and as-needed engineering for electrical undergrounding for overhead distribution systems for the City of San Diego.
