Are there any areas for improvement or something Triple Pyramids could have done differently?

One area for improvement would be to have a comprehensive pre-delivery checklist before sharing the website with the client. This could cover all key functionalities, content, links, policies, mobile responsiveness, integrations, and basic QA. It would help identify minor issues beforehand and reduce the amount of documentation, checking, and follow-up required from the customer’s end. Overall, the team has been very supportive and responsive throughout the project.
