Owner, Larry Hoffman, started Tri-Tech in 1994, and it was his ultimate vision to have a company that could provide a true turn-key service to accommodate a wide range of engineering, surveying and planning needs for residential and commercial clients. Through numerous acquisitions, company growth and strategic business decisions he has accomplished this goal in partnership with his son, Lance Hoffman and has created the Tri-Tech Brand. Although separate entities, Tri-Tech Surveying Co. & Tri-Tech Engineering work together as one team to provide services under one trusted name.

Tri-Tech Engineering is a full service civil and structural engineering company providing services to production and custom home builders, commercial builders, developers, architects as well as individuals. Tri-Tech Surveying Co. provides a diversified array of land surveying services including aerial photogrammetry, due diligence, construction staking, land boundary surveys and land planning to production and custom home builders, developers, commercial clients, general contractors and individuals.
