Our Story
When Tri-State Metals was founded in 1991, Chris Roberson and David Smith had no idea how their local metal supply store would turn into a national company providing products and services to businesses across the country. Their teams local hospitality and attention to customer service is evidenced by years of building trusting client relationships. Always up for a challenge, they continue to update and provide innovative services.
In addition to providing local metal and supply services, Tri-State Metals has two national creative divisions; Alabama Metal Art, specializing in custom signs; and Creative Edge Hospitality Art, specializing in custom art fabrication.
This diverse customer base, from industrial, to technical, to creative, is the heart of Tri-State Metals.
Metal Supply and Services
Tri-State Metals offers a comprehensive selection of structural metal supply, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum available in sheets, plates, angles, bar, and tubing. The company also features a number of value-added services including CNC laser cutting, high definition plasma cutting, CNC Router capabilities, metal cutting and bundling, and powder coating.

Delivery or pick up available on all orders placed with Tri-State Metals. Our fleet of trucks delivers to North West Alabama, Southern Tennessee, and North East Mississippi. We can deliver to your business or jobsite.
