Trevor Tynes, SEO Consultant provided SEO work and keyword recommendations. Trevor (Owner) reviewed the entire website and gave tips and tricks for us to be able to do other edits on our own. He gave the analytics to the company that manages our website.

Trevor worked in correlation with our website programmer.

Our website company suggested Trevor Tynes, SEO Consultant and from the first phone call, Trevor was extremely helpful and great.

We spent about $500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November–December 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We got the statistics not long after the collaboration ended and our website was already doing better.

How did Trevor Tynes, SEO Consultant perform from a project management standpoint?

Trevor was amazing. He was easy to get in contact with and he always got back to us really quickly. He was able to answer any questions and if he wasn’t able to answer them right away, he’d get me an answer within 24 hours. We communicated primarily over the phone and by email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I didn’t understand any of the processes or terminologies and he was able to work with me and make it easy. Now I feel like I know more and can have a conversation that isn’t just one way. He wanted to know our input and he really helped.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there was nothing.

Have a conversation with them. Be honest and tell them exactly what you’re looking for and they’ll guide you from there.

I am VP, Marketing & Sales at Ash Conversions. We provide solutions to organizations for Document & Data Driven Business Processes and Business Process Automation.

For what projects/services did your company hire Trevor Tynes, SEO Consultant, and what were your goals?

We had been dealing with another SEO firm for many years but we were not getting the desired results. Trevor came highly recommended and we hired him to optimize our new website and to provide ongoing SEO services to improve our rankings and increase traffic to our site.

How did you select Trevor Tynes, SEO Consultant and what were the deciding factors?

There are so many SEO service providers who make promises however, fall short in results so having a referral from someone I trust was very important.

Trevor was highly recommended however, we still did our due diligence and interviewed a few providers. Trevor was our first choice and he has not disappointed. He is knowledgeable and diligent in his approach.

Our engagement began with the development of our new Website. Trevor was very helpful and provided guidance and tools to assist in our content creation . We are working with him on an ongoing basis to continue to optimize our site and to continually add new content with blogs etc.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Trevor works with us directly which we prefer. We used to work with an agency and their staff turnover was high which meant we had no continuity. Trevor is hands-on and highly knowledgeable.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Trevor was very involved with our Website build and played an integral role in ensuring all our pages had all the necessary keywords and he continues to suggest improvements.

We feel we have an outstanding website wih a solid SEO foundation thanks to Trevor. Our new website launch was only a couple of weeks ago so it is too soon to determine the results however we feel very positive!

Trevor communicates mainly through emails and is prompt to respond to our questions. We also have a recurring monthly meeting to review and brainstorm. We love dealing with Trevor since he is not only knowledgeable and diligent, he is also always positive and uplifting. An absolute pleasure to deal with!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really appreciate Trevor's transparency and willingness to provide access to helpful tools. He is open and educational in his approach.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No complaints so far.
