Now Zendesk is used in all the B2C customer service operation. The operation now has more than 500 agents, serving in multiple channels for various brands.

• Integrating Zendesk with multiple platforms (Five9, UPS, SAP)
• Build 500+ agent operation serving more than 10 channels in more than 20 different languages.
• Provide internal IT support for optimal usage in Zendesk and its different integrations.

Deliverables have been on time and achieved the agreed scope. There has been challenges and delays but mostly due to external issues.
