When I renamed my business, I wanted to ensure the new name and logo were legally protected. Mark did a thorough trademark search, recommended which classes to file under, and kept me update through the slow approval process with USPTO.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The trademarking process can be intimidating and lengthy, but Mark's process is straightforward and clear. Mark guided me through how to make sure our logo or name was being used appropriately in the eyes of the trademark office. Only one of our three trademarks was contested by the USPTO, and we won the appeal. Now my name and logo are legally protected!
