Please describe your company and your position there.

TC Transcontinental is an eCommerce platform where users purchase items like fashionable stickers, patches, and pins. We recently developed our new website.

Working as the Project Manager for more than 5 years with the company, I manage sales, marketing, manufacturing, and functioning of other business operations units here.

For what projects/services did your company hire TrendingMediaBuzz?

We were looking to hire a company that could provide SEO, SMM and content marketing services. Goal was to market our new website and product to get leads and new customers.

How did you select TrendingMediaBuzz?

We checked the best ranking websites in the market. I liked BetterGraph’s portfolio and their own website too. Pricing also looked good to me, so we went ahead with them.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

I filled their query form on their website and got their response within an hour. I told them about our newly developed website which they had to work on. We agreed upon the timelines and pricing. Content work and SEO for the website was done. They managed our social media for two months and got good traffic.

What was the team composition?

We were introduced to two content writers, two SEO executives, and one social media marketer. They were managed directly by their digital marketing head.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website ranks in the first 10 websites in almost all related keywords and gets us direct orders. We get leads from Social media platforms too. So I think they did a good job on the website as well as building our profile on social media.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Completed the content work on time. There were social media posts on a daily basis. Reports on the website’s ongoing SEO quality, engagement and social media pages were shared with us on a weekly basis through email & skype.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We could directly interact with any team members anytime and always got satisfactory answers on any queries we asked for, which is one of the best things I personally liked about them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think they could have provided us with some complimentary service package since we asked them to continue managing us social media. They did provide us some discount but complimentary service would have been better for us.
