I am a marketing manager working for a b2b agency specializing in providing corporate advice for organizations approaching foreign markets within Africa.

For what projects/services did your company hire Translation Services 24, and what were your goals?

We required translations of several legal & business documents from English into French. These were then used within official capacity.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have found them via Google Search and carefully considered/compared with 2 other translation agencies. Based on their experience, previous projects, price and expertise we decided to partner with TS24 on these basis.

Our documents were a mixture of corporate, business and financial papers. We needed them translated into French. There were several technical aspects within the documents which needed to be carefully assessed. Additionally, the documents needed to culturally appropriate for our target market. In order to share the documents with the agency, we have used their secure portal which was extremely useful.

What was their cost structure like?

The rates were set on the price per word basis. We found them very competitive.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The documents were translated accurately. In order to confirm this, as it was our first time working with Translation Services 24, we have used an internal native French proofreader who confirmed that the translations were professional and read extremely well. They were both linguistically and culturally appropriate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their client portal was very helpful in order to share documents and view/store translations. Their customer service is perhaps the best we have encountered in the industry.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

According to our native proofreader, the translations were accurate and professional, so nothing to change in that regard.
