Transitions For Business specializes in creating people solutions to business problems through our executive coaching, job benchmarking, talent assessments and communication training. We partner with our clients to co-create strategies that fit and enhance existing processes. Our forensic approach provides a holistic, unbiased view of the business problem. Using a coaching discovery approach, we find the solution within the knowledge base of the organization, rather than impose an external recommendation. Executive coaching is provided by highly experienced, credentialed coaches.  We specialize in developing high potential leaders in preparation for promotion, succession, and on-boarding. Electronic and live 360's are included in the development process. We offer a broad range of leadership and organizational assessments in the areas of behavior, communication, conflict management, motivation, and leadership skill attributes. These tools are also used in our customized job benchmark and selection process that helps our clients put the right people in the right positions as well as identifying gaps for development. Clients also incorporate our training programs to augment their internal programs. We provide communication workshops, a high potential development series, leadership training, self-facilitated training programs, and an online university – all working together and tailored to their needs.
