Transcription WA

Pamela formed the Australian Institute of Legal Secretaries (a registered RTO) and Legal Transcription WA in 1996. In 2014 Transcription WA was formed. Since then, Pamela identified a growing need for outsourcing of transcription and secretarial services. Transcription WA meets this need and provides high quality transcription services to professionals, government departments, film companies and businesses alike; and assists these organisastions to achieve their goals.

Pamela has many years experience as an administrator, lecturer and manager and has skills in all facets of training and assessment, management, office and computer system setup, instruction manual writing, tender implementation and national accreditation process for RTOs.

Some of Pamela's qualifications are the Bachelor of Training and Development, Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment TAE40110 and she is currently undertaking the Master of Education (Research). 

After writing the first Certificate course in Legal Secretarial Skills that was accredited in Western Australia, Pamela developed this course further which became the Certificate III in Business (Legal) BSB31007. She formulated and designed 13 self-paced Student Workbooks for this course which can be delivered via eLearning or distance education. The workbooks can be viewed at the National Library of Australia's website at https://www.nla.gov.au/.

Pamela has a passion for education via eLearning, teaching remotely, and curriculum design.
