Transcend VOA offers assistants with administrative duties such as transcription, medical billing, faxing, indexing items in to charts, patient retention, appointment confirmation, pre-appointment instructions, inside sales, data entry and many more personalized services.

The benefits of outsourcing some of the administrative duties is that your current office staff and nurses can focus on their specific role within the office and not have to worry about the extra workload taking them away from their immediate duties. You don’t have to worry about overhead for the additional staff needed to perform these duties including training, holiday relief, work piling up due to missed sick days, or more office space. You also don’t need to worry about the extra costs associated with extra staff including CPP, EI, holiday pay, etc. With Transcend VOA you are only charged for what we do, when we do it. You are not locked into a term contract. If at any time our services are no longer needed, let us know and we will invoice you for work completed and your contract with Transcend VOA will be terminated. Additionally, if needed at anytime, you can upgrade to additional services. We are also available on a short term basis, just to get you caught up if you have accumulated a backlog, cover for holiday or maternity leave, or extended staff absences.
