Don't be fooled by their polite and professional approach! They provide wrong information in the name of federal offices and the USPTO later down the road. They provide fake classifications of your brand, fake documents to your application, have fake addresses, fake names, and fake phone numbers. They were exposed by one of their own employees and do not operate from the USA.
