TracyChat builds custom AI software for consultants, coaches, and experts. We take your methodology and turn it into a working product — either something you sell to clients, or a system you use internally to get work done faster.

We handle the full build from start to finish. That includes scoping the product, designing how it works, building it, and deploying it. Clients don't need to manage developers or piece together tools. They come to us with a problem and leave with software that solves it.

Most of our clients have expertise that is specific to them. They've built methods over years of work that get results. The problem is those methods don't scale on their own. Every new client needs the same explanation. Every project requires the same thinking. TracyChat turns that thinking into software so it can run without them doing it manually every time.

We've worked with career consultants, sales coaches, hedge fund managers, and business advisors. The work ranges from client-facing AI products to internal automation systems. Some clients use what we build to serve more customers. Others use it to cut down on repetitive work inside their own operations.

Our team has over 25 years of combined software experience and over 15 years working specifically in AI and machine learning. We've been building AI products for two years and we know what holds up in real use versus what only works in a demo.

We are based in Ottawa, Canada and work with clients across North America and Europe. All work is done remotely with real-time collaboration built into the process.
