Following 37 years of experience in the field of Land Surveying, Henslee F. Towill on January 1, 1967 entered into private practice, and on May 1, 1969 organized and incorporated Towill, Shigeoka & Associates, Inc.
Today our firm holds true to the same excellence in quality and professionalism that it did at it's conception led by our current President Robert K. Y. Lee. Mr. Lee is a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor with an extensive and diverse background in the field of Land Surveying. With over 30 years experience in boundary, construction, control, geodetic, GPS, hydrographic, subdivision, ALTA and topographic surveys, he has completed projects in the Seychelles, Diego Garcia, the Philippines, Guam and the islands of Micronesia, Samoa and Hawaii.
