Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I hired Toplink to build a website for my fundraiser from scratch. Toplink created a brand kit for me with logos and colors, a voice, and a theme. Toplink built out a website for me based on this brand kit, and created marketing materials for advertising. Overall, Toplink Design Studio completed all my branding needs and a live and fully functional website.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have received countless praise and compliments from those that are logging onto the website to register for my fundraiser, as well as those that are seeing our various logos on social media. I have had those same people ask who completed these items, which shows to me, that there is clear interest and success.

Toplink Design Studio had very reasonable timelines that they were able to deliver by, which aligned with my needs for my project. I could count on Toplink to complete what was necessary in the time allotted, and in an outstanding matter. I appreciated the willingness to work with my timelines, while also understanding the limitations of others.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I loved most about this company was their expertise in their area. While working with Toplink, I fully trusted them to do what they do best. I had some ideas and a general sense of how I wanted things to look and be portrayed, but with Toplink's knowledge, they were able to take my thoughts and run with them. They allowed me to be an active participant in the process, while still taking the reigns and doing what they do best. My experience with Toplink Design Studio was professional, but also fun and creative. I learned so much! 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Toplink Design Studio could have done differently?

I truly could not be happier with the work that Toplink Design Studio did for me!
