Introduce your business and what you do there.

I work in acquisition marketing at Gamesys, a UK based online gaming company. In the US we manage brands that are Virgin Casino online and Tropicana Casino online.

What challenge were you trying to address with Todo Media?

We hired Todo Mobile to help facilitate our ads across different publishers and media areas that we might not otherwise be able to.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They work with different publishers that can place ads for us in different apps and mediums, whether it’s video or static image. We provide them with the ads and then they work to look for media buying purposes.

What is the team composition?

Our main point of contact is Bryan (Media Director) and we also work with Carlos (Commercial Director).

How did you come to work with Todo Mobile?

They were working with the company before I joined.

What is the status of this engagement?

The company began working with them in December 2016 and the relationship is currently ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We regularly see improved results year by year and month by month. They continue to generate more revenue and help bring us more players via apps.

How did Todo Mobile perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re really great and are always on top of everything. I’m never worried about them not getting back to me on time or not having creative solutions to things. Even if we briefly mention a deadline, they’re aware of it and follow up promptly. They always have a really good summary from our previous discussions to follow up with our next call. We communicate mostly through phone and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have really great service and it’s so personalized and attentive. It makes for a really good client experience. They’re super easy to work with and always have a can-do attitude. They’re always open to trying new things.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I can’t think of anything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be sure of what your goals are because they work really well when discussing what you want them to be and how to help you get to them, whether it’s a target number or audience.
