I'm the founder and CEO of an online logbook for crew members.

What challenge were you trying to address with Toasty?

We needed to restructure the UX/UI of our mobile app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Toasty has taken our complex and disorganized project and reorganized and restructured its workflow. The team has also addressed usability issues, including the workflow and information architecture. We've used Figma and Google Meet or Zoom for communication.

What is the team composition?

We've worked with two teammates from Toasty.

How did you come to work with Toasty?

We found them through a referral. I met with Toasty, and they were very knowledgeable, honest and thorough.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Toasty's work has resulted in Figma screens that reflect the ease of development, which has saved us time on development. The team has minimized confusion in the UI and expedited development time.

How did Toasty perform from a project management standpoint?

Toasty's project management has been on task with outlining work and hours completed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Toasty is very talented and honest. The team listens and processes complex information very well in order to come up with great ideas that we can build off of together in a true collaboration 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing Toasty could have done better or differently.
