TLNT.ae

TLNT.ae is a hiring consultancy in Dubai that helps clinics, beauty salons, small companies and private families find and assess the right people, fast. We have been working in the UAE since 2022, 400+ clients have trusted us, and 1000+ specialists have been hired with our help.

Roles we help employers fill:
- Healthcare and aesthetics: GP doctors, dermatologists, dentists, nurses, cosmetologists, clinic managers and patient coordinators
- Beauty and wellness: nail, lash, hair and spa specialists, salon managers and receptionists
- Business support: personal and executive assistants, sales and marketing staff
- Private households: nannies, housekeepers, drivers and private chefs

How we work:
1. A short brief with the owner, built around the real working day of the role
2. Search in our database of 10,000+ specialist profiles in the UAE and on the open market
3. Assessment of every finalist with a practical task on the employer's own case
4. First shortlist in 2 days on average; the employer interviews, decides and agrees the terms directly with the candidate

Pricing is simple: a fixed fee per role, agreed before the search starts, 10% to begin and the rest after the employee starts work. If the person does not work out, we find a replacement free of charge within 1 month.

We work in Russian and English and publish free tools for employers: the Dubai Salary Index 2026 with ranges for 130 roles, 150+ hiring guides and a hiring cost calculator on tlnt.ae.
