The scope included sourcing the appropriate heavy haul equipment, coordinating pickup schedules, planning the routes, handling required oversize permits, and managing the shipments through final delivery. Their team kept us updated throughout the process and made sure all three machines arrived safely and on schedule so our crews could keep the project moving.

All three excavators were delivered to the Denver project safely and on schedule. There were no transportation delays that impacted our construction schedule, and the equipment was available when our field crews needed it. Titan coordinated the three separate heavy haul shipments efficiently and kept us informed throughout the process.

They communicated clearly from pickup through delivery, kept us updated on each truck, and responded quickly whenever we had a question or needed something adjusted. Nothing major stood out. The project went smoothly and all three excavators arrived as expected. If anything, having a single place to view live shipment status for all three trucks would have made an already good process even easier.
