I’m the IT Director and CIO for Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka DZP, a legal services firm with over 200 lawyers.

They assisted us with our core legal systems, building systems, CRM data systems, and controlling systems from our accounting department, reporting systems, and other systems.

They work on every system to create specific solutions for my business. For instance, they recently worked on an AML system to process money and development.

I’ve worked with around 200 people from their team.

I look for companies that specialize in my legal business. I wanted a support house that knows the legal system from working for different law firms.

I’ve worked with them since May 2001, and we’re still working together.

Everything we do in my business is through their systems. They do a great job. Otherwise, we wouldn’t have a business.

How did TimeFrame Software perform from a project management standpoint?

The communication is perfect. We have direct contact with developers. Whenever I have problems, I can escalate this quickly and get a response and a solution.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re also very effective. I don’t want to waste my time, and they do not.

No, they’re working well for us. I’d recommend them.
