Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We shot a series of Wes Anderson inspired videos to promote a new service on offer by our client. It involved some very tricky overhead rigging and studio lighting to capture a specific mood and composition.

Client satisfaction was the goal, that we produced a quality product that fit a specific purpose. It certainly did just that and the client has returned immediately to produce some follow-up content.

I was so impressed by all of the organisation and professionalism by Tim and the team. They brought our vision to life and were a dream to deal with, largely due to their very obvious experience organising and performing these sorts of video shoots. They also were able to commit to a short turnaround time and were generally incredibly accomodating to ourselves and in response to the brief.

I'm Programs & Admin Manager for a registered nonprofit charity organisation involved in global OneHealth and animal welfare initiatives.

For what projects/services did your company hire Tim Bydder Video Productions, and what were your goals?

Our organisation intended to create a video production for World Rabies Day to help provide education to the public about the disease and to raise awareness for our charity's work in the field through interviews with our various international partners and leading stakeholders, such as the W.H.O.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Tim was selected through an agency website. Deciding factors were budget, time constraints, and prior experience. We felt Tim was able to deliver on these compared to the other applicants.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

Our team had completed many of the interviews prior to contracting Tim. Our team developed the storyline, and trimmed the videos accordingly and send these to Tim. Tim put all of these videos together with a professional look, and he went above and beyond to source B-roll footage to fill the gaps and ensure the video had a top quality, professional finish.

Tim sent through various draft pieces until the final product was completed.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked with Tim directly. He was very responsive to phone calls and emails and he kept to the deadlines.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our completed video has been helpful in broadening our networks and reach. The Board of Directors and many stakeholders were very impressed with the final outcome.

Tim was excellent with communication. Our discussions were via phone call and we kept up to date using G-Drive documents and regular email communications. Tim was able to meet very tight time constraints and produce drafts for review in a timely manner to ensure the final product met his and our expectations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Tim was dedicated to providing a highly professional final product in such a short turnaround.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None. I was very satisfied with the final product.

I’m one of the organizers of the mental health classes at a university.

What challenge were you trying to address with Tim Bydder Video Productions?

We needed help with video production.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We were creating a video about cultural competence in the workplace and within mental health settings. It’s to teach students about cultural competence and how to act around people from different backgrounds.

I had an idea of what I wanted. Tim (Creative Director) helped bring that vision to life. He helped me with the scripting and everything.

What is the team composition?

I worked with mainly Tim.

How did you come to work with Tim Bydder Video Productions?

I heard about him by word of mouth. I emailed him about the project and he sounded very professional. I had a look at his website and checked out other promotional videos he had done and they looked really great. All of their reviews were good, so they seemed like a great option.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $2,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together from February–May 2020.

We reviewed the final video and were very happy with their work.

We primarily communicated via email, but they were available for phone calls as well. He was very prompt every time.

There are so many. He’s really good at communicating and was always on top of things. He always made us feel comfortable with his services.
