We have over 15 years experience of in designing, implementing, and validating end-to-end additive production lines in highly regulated environments. Our passion is pushing the boundaries of additive technologies and creating new additive product applications with the fastest time to market, highest quality product, and industry-leading cost points.

Our consulting services are designed to help our partners create scalable additive processes that are designed for growth. For new products, we offer Design for Additive Manufacturing (DFAM) services and education, inventory analysis/business case support, and advanced additive design services using cutting-edge design tools like nTopology. For manufacturing processes, we offer end-to-end process design support for hardware, software, and process. We also provide expert support for additive validation strategies, risk management, and investment due-dilligence.

Our products in development are software solutions that use automation to create transformational processes that truly deliver on AM’s promise of being able to print any product with exceptional results. Our right-first-time tools will allow users to print with confidence by providing enhanced process design for high-quality materials and surfaces, automated platform design, and predictive CAD file geometry corrections. Our digitally enabled post-processing tools will bring automation to inspection, inspection-based file CAD file corrections, and post-processing operations such as tool path and thermal setter design.
