1. Full automated flow build-out: Thrivelia designed, wrote, and launched our complete suite of automated email flows, including welcome series, post-purchase, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, and winback/re-engagement sequences — all built to reflect the VIBAe brand in both design and tone. 
2. Marketing email management: Full ownership of ongoing marketing emails — campaign planning, copywriting, design, and sending — transitioned to Thrivelia as part of a structured handover. 
3. Segmentation & audience strategy: Thrivelia implemented audience segmentation to ensure the right messaging reaches the right customers at the right stage of their journey, improving relevance and reducing churn. 
4. Brand-aligned design & copy: Every flow and campaign was built to feel distinctly VIBAe — human, considered, and on-brand rather than templated or generic. 
5. Loyalty program email flows (in progress): Currently, Thrivelia is developing a dedicated set of flows to support the launch and ongoing engagement of our loyalty program, creating the email infrastructure that will drive retention and reward our most loyal customers.

Measurable Outcomes 
1. Strong email-attributed revenue contribution: Email and SMS have quickly become a significant and growing share of total store revenue, tracking well ahead of both the previous period and the same time last year. 
2. Automated flows performing above expectations: The lifecycle flows Thrivelia built are consistently the largest driver of email-attributed revenue, demonstrating the value of well-structured, always-on automation. 
3. Campaign performance trending up strongly: Marketing campaigns have seen substantial month-over-month growth, with individual campaigns regularly driving meaningful revenue on their own. 
4. Exceptional engagement rates: Open rates across campaigns have been well above industry benchmarks, reflecting strong list health, smart segmentation, and compelling creative. 
5. Overall business growth: We were seeing strong YoY store growth, and email was playing a meaningful role in that trajectory. We're still in relatively early stages of the full program, but the results so far are very encouraging.

The team has helped us create flows and turn them into actionable automations to ensure flows are properly triggered and measurable.
