Thompson Conn Limited is an employee owned consulting firm managed by six professionally qualified shareholders. The company has grown steadily since its establishment in 1980 and presently has a core staff of over twenty people, expanding to meet demand during seasonal busy periods and large projects. Thompson Conn also has an office in North Sydney to provide consulting services to the eastern end of the province.

Through thousands of construction, boundary, subdivision, engineering, aerial mapping and photogrammetry projects, we have demonstrated our competence and capabilities in providing quality services.

Thompson Conn Limited serves a broad clientele for the retracement of property boundaries.  Each of our 6 licensed surveyors has many years of experience in boundary surveying and the preparation of plans.  We have carried out extensive surveys for both Federal and Provincial Government Departments.  Our team has completed many large scale boundary retracement projects for subdivision and retail developments.  We have also carried out many surveys of prime real estate in the downtown core of Halifax.

Together with the services provided to government departments and major developers, a large part of our business is providing service to residential home owners for fence construction and property improvement.
