Ours is a Software as a Service model, as such the scope of this project has been ongoing. Early in the SDLC we focused on expanding our feature offerings to parity with competing CRM, and later in our lifecycle we have focused on increasing Monthly and Daily usage of the site to increase value for our clients. Itransition has been a valuable partner in all stages of our SDLC.

Thanks to the great work by the CRM development team we have increased our client base from 50-60 properties to over 130 properties in the last years

CRM style is flexible and has been updated to fit our requirements multiple times. As of today we work under Agile Methodologies with daily stand-up meetings and by weekly sprint rituals. The Project Manager is a great asset to my roll as Product Owner in managing these rituals. We use Slack, Email, and the full Microsoft suite for communication.

Early on in the SDLC we operated using waterfall methods. I would have switched to a full Agile process earlier to leverage the experience and talent that THINKSMART TECHNOLOGIES offers better.
