Softnet Network Solutions is a Surat-based internet service provider delivering high-speed fiber broadband to homes and businesses, along with bundled OTT entertainment through our PlayBoxTV partnership.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We engaged TheOnexAI to rebuild our social media presence and give Softnet a distinct brand identity, since most ISPs in our market look identical online. 

The scope covered: 
Brand foundation — an audit of our existing social presence, followed by a brand context document covering our positioning, target audience, tone of voice, and creative guidelines for our team to work from.

Mascot design — an original brand mascot, "Softy," created for us with a full set of expressions and poses so it could be reused across social posts, ads, and offline material.

Content system — a 9-grid Instagram layout system and a monthly content calendar, built so our team could keep publishing consistently without needing new creative direction each time.

Creative production — ongoing post design covering our broadband plans, festive campaigns, and the launch of our PlayBoxTV OTT partnership, along with caption and copywriting.

Video — a "Meet Softy" introduction reel, scripted and produced end to end. 
Ongoing management — monthly creative delivery and posting schedule management.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Content reached 806 unique viewers and generated 2,523 views in a four-week window from an account with 32 followers — 81.8% of views came from non-followers, meaning the content was discovered organically rather than served to an existing audience.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Communication was mostly over WhatsApp and calls, which suited how we work — we could send a request and get a response the same day rather than waiting on formal channels. 
They set a monthly content calendar in advance, so we always knew what was going out and when, and we had a chance to review before anything was published. Creative was delivered on schedule each month, and revision requests were usually turned around within a day or two. 
Where they stood out was in taking initiative. When we brought them the PlayBoxTV OTT partnership, they came back with a full campaign approach rather than waiting for us to specify what we wanted. They also flagged what was and wasn't working in the content based on the actual performance data and adjusted the mix accordingly, instead of just repeating the same formats. 
As a small team on our side, we needed a partner who could run with things without a lot of hand-holding, and that's what we got.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The mascot was the thing that surprised us. We came in expecting social media posts, and what we got back was an actual brand asset. Most agencies in our space would have used stock telecom imagery and called it done — a router, a happy family, a wifi symbol. Every ISP looks identical online for exactly that reason. Instead they built us a character we now own and can use anywhere, including offline material. The other thing that stood out was that they gave us a system rather than a dependency. The brand document and the content calendar mean our own team can keep publishing without going back to them for direction on every post. Most agencies structure the work so you can't function without them. They did the opposite, which I didn't expect from a small studio.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Theonexai could have done differently?

Two things. Reporting was informal — we'd have liked a fixed monthly summary of what performed rather than ad hoc updates. And with a small follower base, I think a paid promotion recommendation should have come earlier; strong creative can only travel so far organically.
