• 70% of the communication was interpreted

They were present on time at the event, however only 70% of the communication was interpreted correctly or smoothly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The project manager was very proactive and helpful. However, the interpreter was not very professional.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Thao & Co. could have done differently?

More rounds of interviews with the interpreters ... to have more filtering for better quality of the interpreters
