I’m the founder of Pirul Handicrafts, a social enterprise in Khetikhan, Uttarakhand, that empowers local women and girls by creating alternative livelihoods through the collection and crafting of products from pine needles, helping both the community and the environment.

We’ve formed many retail partnerships after the work done by Thamba Design Studio. People have started to talk about us because of the great visual language developed by them. It’s been easy for our customers to remember and relate to our story through the logo. We’ve also seen a 3x spike in sales.

How did Thamba Design Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

I would rate them 10/10 because of their punctuality. Everything was delivered on time and according to our discussions. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They understood the mood and my vision very clearly, which made it easy for me to work with them. I was most impressed with their comprehensive understanding of the project. They implemented real-time psychology of my target audience and developed the visuals accordingly.
