Our business is still in development, so we’re forming everything right now. I’m one of the founding partners.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with THA?

We hired THA to help us develop and program our project. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially came up with ideas and gave them to THA to develop. We gave them a 25-page PDF document with diagrams, but since then, the project's scope has changed. THA built the project's original idea, but we realized there was more opportunity if we targeted the same sector differently. THA is currently waiting for us to send them the new outlines and requirements for development. 

What is the team composition?

We work with four people. 

How did you come to work with THA?

We initially found them on PeoplePerHour. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’re very talented, and we’ve been very pleased with the development they’ve done for us so far. 

How did THA perform from a project management standpoint?

We haven’t really given any strict deadlines, but they stay within the general time periods that we’ve given them, and they’ve stayed within budget. We communicate via email and WhatsApp. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They communicate well with us, and there isn’t any language barrier, which we were a little worried about when we first started the project. They’re very talented and patient and always want to understand what we’re trying to do. They work hard on the project and always strive to do a good job. 

THA has been very cost-effective for our company, and we get a lot of value for what we pay. We believe we made the right decision in hiring them, and we’ve decided to stick with them for future development. They’re receptive to feedback and do a good job of trying to implement that into the work once we give it to them. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We don’t really have any negative feedback at this point. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Take your time and be specific about what you want them to do for you. The more specific you are, the better they’ll understand what you’re looking for, and you’ll be more effective that way.
