We ran a series of Mobile Labs: workshops with the biggest Polish e-commerce companies , that involved:
- a thorough prework, with project scope setting, user testing scenarios definition etc.
- analysis of the users' interactions with the mobile site and user interviews
- agile workshop that aimed to extract the most important pain points and build a comprehensive plan to solve all issues related to mobile User Experience
- follow-up meetings with the client's team, for project status assessment and summarization.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Mobile Conversion Rates and recommendation implementation ratio was used as main project KPIs.

TGTH team had a very good grip on project management at all stages: pre-work, kick-off meeting, scenario and user cohort definition, as well as project execution. They always delivered on time and were very flexible when it came to customers' needs. We also ran a satisfaction survey after each project and these results were always high on the numerical scale (~4.9 out of 5 maximum points)

We are a software development and design company from Poland. We build custom web and mobile apps for enterprises, SMBs and startups. I hold the position of Head of Design and oversee the quality of our services.

For what projects/services did your company hire TGTH?

Defining and choosing the best direction of development. We were looking for a reliable company that will boost our effort and speed up the work on our internal application. We knew what we wanted but the problem lied in too broad spectrum of features and ideas. We needed someone that will help us in determining strategy and guide us in selecting the proper approach to defining the product roadmap.

What were your goals for this project?

TGTH was responsible for determining UX strategy that will allow us to quickly build an MVP. They guided us through the process. First we defined the scope and target audience. Next they conducted research with our potential users. After that they helped us determine key strategic components like Value Proposition.

How did you select TGTH?

We had the pleasure to already been working together so the choice was natural for us. We invited TGHT to a meeting and presented the challenge. They responded impressively and showed how we will carry out the process.

We jointly conducted a research and strategic process consisting of: a) examining the user's needs through interviews with users and data analysis b) organised a workshop during which we created strategic concepts with different Value Propositions c) checked with users and business stakeholders which concepts would work best d) presented strategy with detailed recommendations on how to implement it

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to this process, we significantly accelerated the product development process, which allowed for quick and efficient completion of the concept phase and entering the product production phase.

Really enjoyed working with TGTH, there was a great engagement mutual understanding. We recommend them to anybody who needs solid and knowledgeable partners.

Extensive knowledge about the process and strategy. Great interpersonal skills, all meetings were inspiring and very productive.

I’m one of the co-founders of a tailor-made dressmaking company.

What challenges were you trying to address with TGTH?

We hired them to help improve the conversion rate on our site. They also helped us understand our in-person customers and how we can cater to their needs.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They provided business consulting services to us to help with our e-commerce shop and our brick-and-mortar store. They help a series of workshops with our team to look at the process of creating bespoke dresses for our in-person clients. We primarily sell wedding dresses, so there are a lot of emotions involved, and it’s a very important decision for the customer.

We worked with a team of 3–4 people.

I think they were recommended to me.

We spent less than $10,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

I think we worked together from February–July 2017.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our conversion rates increased by about 15–20%. We saw a noticeable improvement in our ability to make a sale from our in-person clients. 

How did TGTH perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very diligent about meeting deadlines. They also had a personal approach and took the time to meet with us in person and understand our company. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re personable and took an individualized approach to our problems.

Ideation and brainstorming sessions, Impact vs doability workshops, Information Architecture, Low Fidelity Screen Designs, High Fidelity Interactive Interface Designs. and Usability Testing.
