We handle the Transportation of cargo to Amazon and other distribution centers. Tetris 3PL ensured that loads were ready fore pick up on time and the cargo was packaged and ready to go without delay or defect.

Having the loads ready on time and cared for, the number of times we had tio reschedule or post poned was greatly reduced. This led to a higher level of on time deliveries and ensure customer satiusfaction across the board.

They were prompt with their responses and delivered items on time. they always had the cargo ready on the day they said they would and kept our projects on schedule. Whenever clarification was needed, they would respond quickly and provide further clarification or explanation as needed.

This company offers a personal level of service not commonly found among others. when working with them, I felt like I was communicating with a single person to take care of me instead of a massive team that didn't know what was going on. They provide tailored service and make you feel taken care of instead of just another account or number.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Tetris3PL could have done differently?

I can't think of any areas for mass improvement. They do a great job and if they keep on this path, they can keep providing an excellent level of service.
