I am the Exec Admin Coordinator at Arkansas Building Services. We operate in the business services industry, providing commercial janitorial and facility management solutions.

What challenge were you trying to address with Teton Forest Technologies?

We wanted to eliminate expensive monthly provider fees and gain control of our own data. Our objective was to build an entire system to handle our current operational needs, which they accomplished.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Teton Forest Technologies custom built an application with unlimited users to handle our business operations and administrative tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, timekeeping, inventory, job costing, and centralized job management. They managed the entire process from start to finish.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were able to leave a ERP software that was costing us $3,000 per month for our own software. This was the ultimate evidence that impacted our company.

We primarily communicated through virtual meetings and email or messaging apps.

How did Teton Forest Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

They always take care of us, communicate well, and deliver on time. If there are any delays, they communicate promptly. The engagement is ongoing as we continue to make improvements together.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They truly understand the service industry, which was extremely helpful. The team is easy to work with, and the project manager listens to our requests and makes them happen. They did not use a cookie-cutter approach and handled a large, complex software project very well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There were some hiccups along the way, but much of that was due to the challenge of building something entirely new. Overall, they managed the project just fine.
